CENTENNIAL, Colo. (February 26, 2016) – NioCorp Developments Ltd. (“NioCorp” or the “Company”) (TSX: NB, OTCQX: NIOBF, FSE: BR3) releases further details of the voting results from the election of directors at its 2016 Annual General and Special Meeting (“AGSM”), held on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 in Centennial, Colorado.
At the AGSM the following six nominees were elected as Directors of the Corporation to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Corporation, or until their successors are elected or appointed. The results of the voting were as follows:

About NioCorp
