CENTENNIAL, Colo. (March 9, 2018) – NioCorp Developments Ltd. (“NioCorp” or the “Company”) (TSX: NB, OTCQX: NIOBF, FSE: BR3) is pleased to announce the completion of an independent technical review of the Company’s Elk Creek Superalloy & Critical Minerals Project (the “Project”).
The independent technical review, conducted by independent engineering firm RPM Global USA Inc., was commissioned by Northcott Capital Limited, which is leading NioCorp’s effort to assemble financing for the Project. The assessment was conducted as part of the normal due diligence process associated with traditional project financing. As a due diligence document used by lenders and other investors, it is not a public document.
The assessment concluded that the Project has “favorable characteristics” and contains no technical fatal flaws. It was written and signed off by 13 technical professionals and scientists covering the full range of technical issues associated with the Project.

About NioCorp
NioCorp is developing a superalloy materials project in Southeast Nebraska that will produce Niobium, Scandium, and Titanium. Niobium is used to produce superalloys as well as High Strength, Low Alloy steel, which is a lighter, stronger steel used in automotive, structural, and pipeline applications.
