CENTENNIAL, Colo. – September 11, 2018 – NioCorp Developments Ltd. (“NioCorp” or the “Company”) (TSX: NB, OTCQX: NIOBF, FSE: BR3), is pleased to announce, further to its August 29, 2018 announcement of a non-brokered private placement of Units at a price of C$0.63 per Unit (the “Offering”), that it has further increased the maximum gross proceeds of the Offering to C$3.0 million from the original maximum of C$2.0 million.
Each Unit will consist of one common share of NioCorp (each, a “Common Share“) and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant“). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share of NioCorp at a price of C$0.75 at any time prior to the date which is 2 years following completion of the Offering.
The closing of the Offering is expected on or about September 14, 2018 and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
